Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted for a return.
We may take your request for exchange into consideration depending upon the situation. However, the exchange will not take place until we have the original product in hand and fully inspected for any damage not caused by us.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will come to an agreeable term via email on the finalization of the exchanged product.
